STRATEGIC HR SERVICES, L.L.C. brings extensive Human Resources experience in Small Business, Education, and Non Profit sectors; direct executive and management knowledge of all major Human Resources functional areas; experience in Union and Non-Union environments; and effective communications with employees at all levels of the organization.

Our mission is to define and resolve personnel or employee relations issues within the client environment to create productive communications and enable stakeholders to remain focused on their stated mission.
  • Advising and assisting with routine, complex, and on-going personnel, employee relations, and supervisor/employee conflict issues;
  • Developing Human Resource policies, procedures, and employee manuals;
  • Conducting employee relations investigations that include terminations, harassment, and potential discriminatory activities;
  • Diversity implementation and training;
  • Human Resources strategy development;
  • Serving as Acting Chief Human Resources Officer on an interim basis;
  • Conducting reviews of HR practices and procedures for alignment with organizational strategy;
  • Public speaking on HR issues;
  • Employee coaching and mentoring.
